For my first surgery, I had septal cartilage + silicone, and I had revision surgery about 5 years later. After the first surgery, the septal cartilage was absorbed a lot and became smaller, so I was stressed because my nasal tip had drooped too much. For the revision, I used ear cartilage + mesh to firmly raise the nasal tip and build support. I didn’t want to use costal cartilage, whether autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage... I was worried it would be too hard and feel like a foreign bodyㅠㅠ I’m satisfied with the shape and I like that it looks natural. Please let there be no third surgery...ㅎ
