Before before <before surgery> after after after after <after surgery, day 25> Time really flies, it’s already been 25 days!
There’s still some residual swelling that comes up in the morning, but it has improved so much haha
Before surgery, my philtrum length was about 20–21 mm, and after surgery I think it’s about 15–16 mm!! Originally, I was only going to do a mouth corner lift + lateral philtrum reduction, but my central philtrum was also on the long side, so I got medial and lateral philtrum reduction + mouth corner lift.
The price was definitely a bit high, but for now I’m happy with the results. I was so worried that doing the mouth corners would make me look like the Joker, but I think they were lifted just the right amount lol
Looking at my pre-surgery photos, my lips were asymmetrical and both ends of my lips curled inward, so it didn’t look good.. Now my mouth corners are lifted and I think the symmetry has improved too!
Tomorrow I’m going to get a scar tissue injection. They say if I get it, the scar tissue under my nose will go down, so I hope that goes well too.! I’ll try to make time in about another month and write part 2 of my review haha
