When I first decided to have surgery, I looked around here and there, but I couldn’t hear stories from people who were more than a year post-op, so I remember feeling incredibly frustrated ^^ That’s why I’m posting this. I didn’t have much flesh on my cheeks, and I started in February 2005. I had up to the 3rd round at intervals of 2-3 months. The result is that even now, almost 2 years later, my cheeks are very plump. After the 1st round, after about 6 weeks, the volume decreased a lot. Of course, it was much better than before I did it, but I had such a complex about my very thin face that for the 2nd round, I had them put in so much it felt like it would burst, and for the 3rd round, I went all-in and used all the fat they had taken out. The doctor also said... this is being too greedy, and that they’d do it because I asked, but that was the kind of feeling. Maybe because of that, my cheeks are still extremely full. Since fat engraftment probably differs from person to person, I can’t say this with complete confidence, but since I’m probably a woman with an ordinary constitution, I’m absolutely against saying that all the fat disappears and it’s worse than not doing it. Some of it does remain. Also, I managed it really intensely. I barely talked, didn’t smile, tried not to open my mouth even when yawning for about a year, and from the day after surgery until now, I only sleep looking up at the ceiling... but once this becomes a habit, it’s manageable. Um... and the downside, I really want to point this out. The downside is exactly this!!!! Before surgery, my skin was no joke. But as soon as I had surgery, acne covered my whole face, and oil was pouring out. It was like I’d had a side effect, anyway I suffered so much I can’t even describe it. It was nice that my face became plump, but the acne was really severe. Anyone who has had this kind of acne will understand how I felt. I spent several million won fixing the acne. This kind of side effect can happen too ㅠ.ㅠ Now I’ve fixed it all, thankfully.... But these days only my cheeks are plump and my temples are sunken, so I’m thinking of doing my temples during vacation... This makes me sound like I’m addicted to plastic surgery, but I’m not. I’m saying the effect of fat grafting is that decent.. Don’t hesitate, just decide. I think many people will ask about the hospital, but I’m not going to answer. I don’t think the hospital I went to was especially skilled or anything, and it’s a place I found by searching in a community. You know how people often mention places by initials. I went and did it there. Hospitals mentioned in communities are probably all good, so get consultations and go where your heart leads you ^^
