Three weeks.. my nose is getting more and more..

I’m so irritated I feel like I’m going to faint,, I’m at three weeks now, and I had silicone + septal cartilage. My current nose shape is really,, exactly the nose image that comes to mind when you think of a “witch holding a broom,”,, the nasal tip sticks out long and pointy, and both sides of the nose are ) ( like this shape,, At one week,,, two weeks,, three weeks,, I really kept waiting and waiting, thinking the shape would change as the swelling went down,, But even as the swelling goes down, it’s going down while staying in this shape. On top of that, I heard that as swelling goes down, the nasal tip droops even more,, and it’s truly driving me crazy,, Of course, I did have medial epicanthoplasty at the same time, but because of the nose shape, my impression looks really harsh and strong. Before surgery, I said I wanted a slightly upturned nose, and the doctor said that kind of nose wouldn’t suit me, so I just said okay, please just make it natural,, Actually, even before surgery people said my nose was pretty, but now my nasal tip really points downward, so it actually looks like a nose that needs surgery. What should I really do? Before surgery, when people who had surgery said they wanted revision surgery just because they didn’t like the nose shape, not because of a complication, I used to wonder why they would go that far, but now I really understand. I’d rather be someone wanting revision because there was no change from before surgery and it felt like a waste of money. Instead, it’s worse than my original nose, and the shape has become completely like a witch nose,, a drooping arrow nose,, I’m having such a hard time... Will the shape keep changing,,, should I wait and see,,,
