When I went in for the consultation, it was almost closing time, but since it was a surgery that doesn't take long, I just asked them to do it right away lol I had silicone inserted, and the dimple was only on one side haha They said the surgery took 45 minutes. Everyone was busy leaving work, so I couldn't even fully wake up from the anesthesia and came home right after surgery ㅠㅠ Thankfully my friend supported me well, so that was a relief, but I felt a bit upset that I couldn't even rest.. Anyway, after surgery I didn't swell much. No bruising either. When I had my nose and posterior canthoplasty done before, I swelled up like crazy and then it went down quickly, but now I look about like a monkey? lol Like a primitive human, an ape, around that much haha They say swelling from paranasal augmentation doesn't go down easily, and I think that's really true ㅠㅠ It's the end of the year, so I need to go out and have fun, but I can't even go out because of the swelling. What do I do ㅠㅠ There is a foreign-body sensation, and it's firm, like something is inside, and it also moves around. So they told me not to remove the tape and not to smile much. Maybe because of the swelling, I look uglier than before surgery ㅠㅠ a lot~~ I was worried they might make it too natural, so I asked them to make it a little full, but it really seems full, so I'm worried ㅠㅠ The paranasal area sticks out more than my anterior cheekbones. I look completely like a monkey. Please let this be swelling ㅠㅠ The doctor also said I didn't swell much, so I'm worried. This has to be swelling ㅠㅠㅠ I hope the swelling goes down quickly and the silicone doesn't move. Right now when I lie on my side, it feels like the silicone shifts to one side~ The good thing is that I used to have a hump nose and had surgery, but my nasal tip was still a bit droopy. But after the paranasal augmentation, my nasal tip lifted slightly, so my nose became really pretty. Also, my nose used to look too high, so everyone asked if I had nose surgery (the bridge was originally my own bridge, and I only did my arrow-shaped nose ㅠㅠ) But because the midface became higher, the nose looks relatively lower, so it became an appropriate height~~ haha The dimple is really fascinating. When I saw other people, theirs were deeply sunken from the beginning, but mine isn't like that; it's slightly indented. There's no scar, just about a tiny needle mark? only that, and it's fascinating how it sinks in when I smile haha Anyway, right now because of the swelling my eyes look close together, and I look so ugly, so I'll check the progress and upload photos~~ Please let me become pretty ㅠㅠ
