I finally got breast fat grafting

Before before after after after< Review > Hello! My build is moderately chubby, but compared with that, my breast size looked like that of an elementary school kid before puberty, so I always thought of it as a complex. Then I got a chance to take a short vacation this time, and I decided to take the opportunity to have surgery where fat would be liposuctioned from my upper arms and grafted into my breasts. It’s not that I didn’t consider implants, but I thought I would probably be more satisfied with combining liposuction and fat grafting. After talking with the consultant, I heard a more detailed explanation from the director, and everyone at the clinic was really kind and thoroughly answered my questions! So on the day I went for the consultation, I paid the deposit right away and had the surgery a few weeks later.

< 1 week after surgery > Upper arms: I thought they had definitely become thinner than my original upper arms, but according to the director, this is still the period when swelling, bruising, heat sensation, and pain are at their peak, so my upper arms will get even thinner, and they reassured me a lot not to worry too much. Honestly, I was surprised because there was quite a lot of bruising, but I tend to bruise easily anyway, so I could take that into account! Instead, the pain was pretty severe, so I could barely use my armsㅜㅜ

Breasts: From my perspective as someone who had no breasts at all, I was happy because this was a size I could be somewhat satisfied with. Of course, the engraftment rate isn’t 100%, so my breast size will gradually get smaller, but since I’m considering a second and third round anyway, I wasn’t too worried about my current breast size.

< 2-3 weeks after surgery > - Upper arms: The bio-bond phenomenon is slowly starting to appear now, so the inner arms are becoming hard. I’m also getting ultrasound treatment at the clinic once a week for this, so it’s not too much of a problem. My arms have recovered some range of motion now and there’s only slight pain, so it’s much more bearable! - Breasts: They seem a little smaller than right after surgery. But originally, when I wore a bra, the upper breast area would often be empty, and now it’s filled out, so I’m really happy!
