It’s been one week since I had short nose surgery

After planning nose surgery for 3 years, I finally went through with it. Under sedation anesthesia, I had my nose bridge raised with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage, my nose lengthened, and nostril/alar base reduction, three procedures. The day of surgery was a bit hard, but still bearable. Now, one week later, it feels like a dream. Amazingly, all the swelling that made my face look like a steamed bun is gone. I was too lazy to do compresses, so I ended up looking like a steamed bun, but today, at one week, everything is back. They did something with a laser for swelling care... hahaha My nose became so pretty and I gained confidence. I guess this is why everyone gets plastic surgery. For those of you who, like me, keep going in and out of a community while worrying, please look carefully for a good clinic and have surgery. I really like this feeling right now hahaha. I also went to countless consultations. I went to ㅇㅇㅎ Plastic Surgery too, and it seemed like they would do well, but because of the enormous cost, I eventually had it done in Gangnam. Wherever I went, I had never heard anyone say to reduce my nostrils/alar base, but the director said my nostrils were visible because the alar base was spread sideways, and that because my skin was too thin, raising it too much could cause skin problems. I thought, this is the place, and booked the surgery date right away. There were so many patients getting nose surgery, but why isn’t that clinic known in this community? Maybe because it specializes in facial contouring... I think it’s all luck. I sincerely hope everyone here has successful surgery and all becomes prettier~~
