Is this an out-line?

If the line starts from the epicanthoplasty area, that’s an in-line, and is something like in the photo an out-line? I had an incision double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and before the stitches were removed, the stitches were sewn all the way to that red area, you know? But now it’s been 2 weeks, and it seems like most of the swelling has gone down. At first, before the swelling went down, it seemed like an in-line, but now it’s an out-line~ Did the surgery go wrong? Or am I misunderstanding it~ Would it be faster to go to the clinic;;;; If you search my name, you can see the photo from day 1 after surgery, you know? Please compare them for me
