Yes.. yes... No matter how much I looked into dark circle surgery.. there wasn't much information besides the basics... I didn't know where to do it.. or what price range would be reasonable.. After worrying for a long time.. I just went for it this morning! I'm 22 years old.. and I've had dark circles since middle school.. Then as I lost weight, they seemed to get a bit worse.. Mine weren't pigmented dark circles, but a case where bulging fat pockets protruded.. It made me look sick.. anyway, this really bothered me. It's not like doing it would make me prettier or anything.. but every time I took photos, the dark circles bothered and annoyed me so much.. After holding out and holding out, I decided to have surgery... I think mine were a bit severe.. but friends and people around me said they couldn't tell.. maybe I'm just sensitive, but to me they looked severe anyway...ㅋㅋ I had it done at the place where I had epicanthoplasty before.. since I didn't really know any other places anyway, and I thought it would feel more comfortable at a place I'd been to at least once.. The doctor was calm.. and good too.. I arrived at 10 in the morning.. washed my face.. took photos.. had the under-eye design marked.. and when I got on the operating table it was around 10:30.. I wasn't nervous at all... but about 10 seconds before anesthesia.. I got a little shaky..ㅋㅋ The anesthesia only hurt a little on the left side.. (It doesn't hurt much..ㅋㅋ) During the surgery, unlike epicanthoplasty, it didn't hurt while they were doing it.. During epicanthoplasty, the anesthesia wore off early.. so I felt all the stitching.. and it hurt..- _-; I don't know exactly what the surgery was.. but they were burning with a laser. The squid smell was really amazing...ㅋㅋ It was funny.. during the surgery I kept thinking only, I should go home and eat squid....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The smell really made me crave squid.. (I bought cuttlefish and came home..ㅋㅋ) They burned it with the laser like that.. and I think it only takes about 10 minutes per eye.. If there's anything hard about it.. the feeling is annoying.. It's not extremely painful or stinging.. it feels like the eyeball might pop out a little???? During surgery... I kept saying.. my.. eyeball... eyeball.. I was worried in my own way that my eyeball might pop out.. My eyeball hurt, so my head throbbed..!! (It's bearable..ㅋㅋ) When they did the right side.. then the left side, the eyeball felt like it would pop out a bit less.. Same laser sizzling.. There is a bit of a pulling sensation.. I don't know what they were tightening, but they kept pulling it tight. That was a bit annoying.. And finally they stitched it~~ (only about 1-2 stitches) I had repeatedly begged them to keep adding anesthesia if it seemed like it would wear off.. because I was afraid it would wear off midway..ㅋㅋ So while doing it, they added it about 1-2 more times!~ Anyway... I think it's a relatively simple surgery. Because it ends quickly.. (around 30 minutes) Of course, touching the eyes.. scares me more than other areas.. because it's the eyes, so naturally I'm cautious.. Also.. I think the sensation is especially annoying... - _- So after epicanthoplasty I said I'd never touch my eyes again.. but here I am touching them again.. This time too I thought.. just watch me never do anything to my eyes again.. But I don't know.. I might do it again...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ My current condition is, because of slight bruising and the design markings.. it's still there under my eyes.. I don't yet feel satisfied that my under-eyes have become flat.. I do have a bit of aegyo-sal now.. the aegyo-sal is a bit more prominent.. The fat on the left seems almost gone.. Since the right side was originally worse.. the right side still has a little remaining.. If this were the final result, I'd go right away and ask for revision surgery.. but it's probably swelling.. They told me to come once more the day after tomorrow.. so I'll watch it until then.. After the swelling goes down.. I'll post progress again.. It is less than before, but.. Oh!!!!!! It got better!!!!! Yay~~ It's not that. Hehe, it will improve, right~ Question!!!!!!! For those who had dark circle surgery, did you all see results from day one? Or did it gradually improve?????
