It’s exactly been 2 weeks since I had silicone in the nasal bridge and AlloDerm in the nasal tip, and for the past few days, a strange smell has been coming from my nose from time to time. Right after rhinoplasty, maybe because I was coming down with a cold, I kept having a runny nose. From the outside, my nose doesn’t look particularly abnormal, but is this inflammation?
