Nose + nasolabial augmentation

I’m worried because my nose looks blunt and bulbous, and I had no nasal bridge at all between my eyes. So I like my side profile, but the front view... And the side profile feels completely different on the right and left sides. The shape is different too. The nasal tip is too blunt and bulbous, right? It looks like nothing was done. It was raised a little, yes, but I wanted the bluntness to be made slimmer. I wrote a post in the rhinoplasty review section, and I wanted to hear detailed surgical explanations from the director. (I naturally thought they would slightly reduce the nasal tip too.) But he only said, “I’ll make it pretty,” and “Let’s go do the surgery,” so I just went to the operating table. How does it look to everyone? In person, it really looks like only the end of a big bulbous nose was done, and I wanted a slimmer-looking face after surgery, but it’s too blunt and bulbous, and right now it feels very awkward. It’s day 11 now. The nasolabial augmentation also has a lot of foreign-body sensation and feels awkward.
