Before I had double-eyelid surgery, it took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes just to do my eye makeup. Since I didn’t have double eyelids, I drew my eyeliner a bit thick and made hidden double eyelids to go around with. Without lenses and with no makeup, my eyes were unbearable to look at, rightㅡㅡ;; The time it took to do makeup was so long and stressful that I decided to get double-eyelid surgery. Until then, I had tape on, so I hadn’t seen my operated eyes, but as soon as I got the stitches removed and looked in the mirror, I burst into tears in front of the doctor;; because I looked so much like a monster.. As time passes, it’s getting a bit better. In the photos, the swelling looks less swollen than it is in real life. Maybe because I started smoking right after getting the stitches removed, the swelling isn’t going down well. Is smoking that harmful for double-eyelid surgery?? Ah, did my double-eyelid line turn out well?? I’m so worried I did it at 5 mm, but is it too thick?? Ah, I had it done in Gwangju.
