Because of work, I don't have much free time, so after researching in a community for several months, I had photo consultations on the websites of a few places among them that were known to be good. Among those, I liked the consultation from one place, so I didn't go anywhere else and only went there in person for a consultation and set a surgery date. But now that I've actually set the surgery date, I'm so worried I can't even sleepㅠ_ㅠ The reason is, since my nasal bridge and nasal tip are not low, they said it would be hard to expect a big effect even if they raise them. I knew that, but honestly, more than anything, my complex is that my nostrils look big and round and stand out in photos, which is why I went, but they said they won't do alar reduction. Because of that, I thought my nose looked big and was even prepared for osteotomy, but far from osteotomy, they said they absolutely won't do alar reduction no matter how much I insist because it's a normal proportion. They said my nose looks big because it is slightly upturned, so the nostrils show.. To get to the point, they said they would raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage and use cartilage inside the nose to slightly lower the upturned nose so the nostrils don't show. Of course, they will also suture the nasal tip cartilages together. But after coming home, when I looked in the mirror and lifted the cartilage inside my nose and slightly lowered it, the nostrils definitely didn't show, but the nose overall looked like a sideways number 3... ㅣ0 3 ㅣ ㅣ0 I'm worried that my face will look like that from the side ㅠ_ㅠ If I raise the nasal bridge and nasal tip and slightly lower the upturned nose, won't my nose look bigger? Can just raising the nasal tip and tying the cartilages really make the nostrils look smaller? If you've had many consultations or have surgery experience, please answer...
