It’s exactly one week.. I didn’t place silicone or Gore-Tex at all, and kept the nasal dorsum at my original height. For the nasal tip, ear cartilage was used. I had nasal bone osteotomy, and I had a very slight hump, so the hump was shaved just a little, then a little ear cartilage was placed on the nasal dorsum to make it flat, and the nasal tip was raised.. I wanted to raise the nasal bridge, but they kept telling me not to, so in the end I didn’t, but it seems too low They say if you place 2 mm Gore-Tex, 1 mm gets absorbed, so I keep regretting that I should have insisted on it to the end (the hospital didn’t recommend it), and it’s really bothering me Because I had nasal bone osteotomy, the swelling hasn’t gone down much yet, but even so, for having had surgery, it seems low People say it doesn’t look obvious I had surgery and it’s really natural, but I’m wondering how it would have been if it were a little higher..
