7-Month Review After Eye Surgery

Hello :) Here is my 7-month review after eye plastic surgery! For years, I kept wondering whether I should get double eyelid surgery or not. 🥲 My eyes are not especially small, so I also wondered if I really needed it, but I still felt a little disappointed that I only had a crease like a wrinkle and no double eyelids, especially every time I put on makeup. In particular, the more eyeliner I drew, the thicker it became, so I started thinking I wanted to make my eye shape a bit clearer. In the end, after a consultation, I felt I could get a natural line that would suit my eyes, so I decided to have the surgery! When I first went in for the consultation, I was a little nervous, but the staff made me feel comfortable, so I could consult without pressure, and they were kind from the consultation through to after surgery, which I appreciated 😄 What I especially liked about the consultation was that when I explained the kind of double eyelid I wanted, they did not just draw exactly the line I asked for. They looked directly at the shape of my eyes and explained which line would suit me better. Being able to try out and compare several different lines helped me decide what kind of look I wanted, and it gave me confidence because it felt like they were tailoring the consultation to my eyes. Even after the surgery, I could comfortably ask about anything I was curious or worried about, so everything went smoothly from start to finish :) Before the surgery, I was a little worried that the swelling would last a long time or that daily life would be inconvenient, but recovery was faster than I expected, which was nice. About a week later, the swelling started to go down a lot, and because I also drank pumpkin juice and went walking, the process of settling naturally felt faster than I expected~! There was not much inconvenience in daily life either. At first I was a little aware of the swelling, but as time passed it went down naturally, and the line settled more stably, so rather than losing interest, I liked it more and more over time. Now it is 7 months later and I am truly satisfied with the result :) Before, I almost always had to draw eyeliner to make my eyes look clear, but now even without eyeliner my eyes look sufficiently defined, so I hardly draw it on ordinary days. Even without heavy makeup, my eyes look alive, so putting on makeup is much easier, and I think I am more satisfied with my eyes than before even when I am bare-faced 😊 After watching it closely for about 7 months, I think I have been able to accept the result much more calmly than at first. At the beginning, even small changes caught my attention, but now I live without worrying about the line. Above all, I like that the change is subtle and natural rather than burdensome. There is really nothing I dislike! From the consultation to the surgery, recovery, and the present, I have been satisfied overall, and the result seems to have settled naturally so far. 👍🏻 It feels almost a little wasteful that I spent years wondering whether to do it or not, because looking back now, I really think I made the right decision to have the surgery. 😂 If you are someone who wants more defined eyes in a natural way like me, I think it would be good to get a consultation once. ✨
