First of all, after my first surgery I was not very dissatisfied, but there was a slight crooked feeling even to other people, and at that time I think I was going through a really bad slump with my face, so I got a consultation for revision surgery and had it right away. To get to the point, when talking about satisfaction after the surgery, right after the first surgery I came out feeling like my septal extension had made my nose look long and droopy, which made me regret it so much and feel sad, but now, about two years later, some of it has been absorbed, the crooked nose has been corrected, and the side view is fairly refined, so overall I am satisfied. Still, these days the trend is for a small, lifted nose that makes the middle of the face look shorter, and because mine was made more glamorous than my original nose, it feels a bit longer, so that part is a little disappointing. Honestly, the people around me who had theirs done at [Clinic A] seem very satisfied, so I do not really have anything to say beyond it just being a matter of taste. Others say my nose looks natural and pretty Still, there is just a spoonful of disappointment that only I know about.. Anyway, it was worth the money. If it matches your needs, the satisfaction will probably be pretty high! The side profile is pretty in any case.
