I underestimated contouring surgery and the swelling is insane. Please recommend swelling care products

Because I work in filming, I just went ahead and got contouring surgery. I heard that in one month it would be similar to before surgery, so I went for it, and now I have been unemployed for two months because of the swelling. The swelling makes the buccal fat pad puff up, so my nasolabial folds look seriously bad now Why did nobody tell me the candy swelling would be this bad? (To be fair, I did not research it properly before doing it) It is all square-square beam~ the weight is dropping off from my body, but my face looks exactly the same, so I am basically a Chupa Chups or a cotton swab.
