I had a hump on my nose, but even without removing the hump and using only nose filler, the tip improved a lot. It has only been 5 days since surgery, but I am really happy with the side profile. Recovery was also very fast, and I had seen a lot of vlogs about people suffering after nose surgery, but I had none of that, so if you want rhinoplasty I would strongly recommend it. That said, before surgery I did not really have a specific nose shape in mind, so I just went with the director's opinion, but once it was done, I felt it did not quite suit my face, which was a big disappointment. Maybe because of the cartilage tie-in plus correction of the hooked nose, the nostrils are in a straight 11 shape and it feels a little upturned, but I am not sure if that is because of swelling. So I recommend knowing exactly what you want and deciding after detailed consultation..
