First, when I got there, they gave me an ice roller and told me to use it on my face. But no matter how much time passed, my turn never came, so when I kept waiting, they replaced the roller with a new one. The waiting time was basically until the roller got warm. After about 45 minutes, I finally got the hair removal procedure. But they seemed to fire the laser so carelessly that when I got home, all the hairs that should have burned were still there. The procedure time felt absurdly short, and sure enough that was the case. If it was going to be like this, I thought I might as well have used a home hair-removal device. Among the places I have been to, the laser hair removal here was the worst, and I do not understand why they charge an extra fee if they are not even going to shoot around the nose.
