It felt like the textbook example of a factory-style Ultherapy clinic. Before the procedure, I looked up Ultherapy reviews on YouTube and everyone said it hurt a lot, so honestly I was very nervous. But once I actually went and had enough numbing cream applied before the procedure, the pain was almost nothing. There was a slight stinging sensation, but it was nowhere near unbearable, and if anything, I remember lip filler hurting much more. Since it was a factory-style clinic, the process was fast and the system was well organized, so there were no major inconveniences. That said, because they do so many procedures in a factory-style way, I did wonder a little whether it might have been done at too low an output. It has now been more than 3 months since the procedure, and I am not sure I can say there was a dramatic lifting effect, and I have not heard people around me say I looked much different either. There was no swelling or side effects, so I am happy about that, but I think I need to watch a little longer to see whether the effect was really worth the cost.
