During the consultation, the coordinator stood behind me the whole time, which was uncomfortable;; they showed a virtual nose simulation, but it honestly was not very helpful. The doctor seemed busy or maybe bothered, and wanted to end the consultation very quickly. Even when I asked questions, they seemed indifferent, to the point that I felt awkward asking anything.. The coordinator was very kind during the pre-op consultation. But after surgery, the attitude was different. Even when I contacted them, the replies came after a huge delay and they would just send one short line. Seriously lacking in sincerity.. I developed a problem after my nose surgery
