I got Botox in the gland under my jaw, and at that time the Botox solution flowed into my mouth.. I’ve had square-jaw Botox several times before and never had this problem, so I was really flustered and shocked. I wondered if they had injected too deeply, because suddenly liquid started flowing out under my tongue, and it turned out to be the Botox solution. I told them right away during the procedure, and for now they just said to watch it, and if the effect is minimal they would add more. But because I was so shocked and scared, I don’t think I’ll ever get Botox in the submandibular gland again...
