Incisional double eyelid surgery day 3, and day 6 photos.

I had the buried suture method 8 years ago, but it all came undone, so I had it done again. I had surgery on 10/4. The first photo is 3 days after surgery.. The second photo is from today, day 6. When I posted the first photo, someone said I had ptosis and asked whether I hadn’t had ptosis correction, but maybe because the swelling went down, my pupils do seem to show a little more now.. But my eyes were originally droopy. Is it because of the double eyelids? Why do they look so sharply upturned? Also, I don’t know if it shows in the photos, but the double eyelid on my right eye is deeper and the eye opens wide, while the left is still a bit sleepy-looking.. When I take photos of them one at a time, the asymmetry is bad, but when I take them together, it doesn’t seem that noticeable, right?? After getting the stitches removed, I lightly tried eyeliner only in the second photo. I didn’t have much swelling from the beginning, but still, from day 1 after surgery until day 5 when the stitches were removed, I was so depressed I wanted to die.. because of the asymmetry and because my eyes looked sleepy.. But after removing the stitches, the swelling definitely goes down better.. But when will the flesh on the upper eyelids above the double eyelid crease go down?? I want them to become about 70% or more thinner than now.. Around when will they look natural??
