As you can see from the before-and-after photos, I was just a mass of asymmetry... both my cheekbones and chin tip... were twisted I felt like I couldn’t live like this, so I ended up getting surgery Even up until the day of surgery, I wondered whether the asymmetry could really be corrected... I heard that making asymmetry symmetrical requires tremendous skill from the doctor I kept telling myself, “It’ll go well, it’ll go well,” then closed my eyes and opened them, and the surgery was already over After surgery, more than the pain, it was really uncomfortable that I couldn’t open my mouth and couldn’t eat properly On day 3, my face seemed to be the most swollen. It was hard but also funny, my face haha After the stitches were removed, the swelling went down quickly I’m pretty tough, so I walked 3-4 hours a day Going to the hospital for radiofrequency or laser treatments was bothersome, and honestly, I couldn’t really tell if they had much effect I think walking helped the most with reducing swelling Life really did change after surgery. First of all, now that my face is symmetrical, taking photos is fun, and guys ask me for my number and I even get approached often, you know? hahaha So now I’m happily dating a boyfriend I met that way, and we decided to go to Lotte World next week to enjoy Halloween Facial contouring surgery costs quite a lot and recovery takes some time, but I do think it’s a surgery that changes you dramatically to that extent!
