* Surgery and Up to the Day I Had My Stitches Removed ^ ^

I ended up finding out about this community by chance, and learned so much in a short time. It helped a lot with my eye surgery too. I had surgery on Tuesday evening. I only had an incisional procedure. I didn’t have much fat around my eyes, and even before surgery my eyes weren’t small, so they recommended the buried-suture method, but I just said let’s do the incisional method. I didn’t want it to come undone, so I wanted the line fixed in place tightly. lol I’m usually pretty good with injections too, but hmm... local anesthesia.. Rather than just stinging, honestly it hurt a little. Not to the point that I couldn’t tolerate it though. I could feel them drawing across the top with a scalpel. Strangely, it didn’t hurt. It didn’t hurt, but you know that feeling... When you think something is happening above your eyes, your eyelids twitch twitch~ and you tense up.. The doctor kept saying, “Relax. If you tense up, you’ll bruise. The swelling will last longer too. The lines may come out uneven too. They won’t look pretty. So, so please relax~” He tried to calm me down like that, but... I just couldn’t.. I pinched my stomach so much.. phew~ Even when I tried to focus on the radio, the song that came on was something like a shamanic ritual song. I couldn’t ignore it, so I kept tensing my eyes. Twitch twitch~~^ It was over super fast in 13 minutes, then I got a shot in the buttock and came out, but that shot hurt more.. lololololololol I was walking around with one buttock twitching.. lololololol A little bruising, a little pooled blood.. that was all I could see. They had taped it with bandages, so I couldn’t even tell if it looked gross. Since that day, cold compresses and pumpkin water have become part of my daily routine until today. I’ll keep doing it for the next few days too~ lol For cold compresses, just like it sounds, whenever I had nothing to do, I just put it on my eyes and kept it there. Pumpkin water especially!!!! It’s totally, amazingly good. I didn’t order pumpkin juice; I made pumpkin water at home and drank that. It saves money, and since it’s homemade I trust it more too ^^ The big~~ pot of it is now almost empty, I drank nearly all of it. Not sweet pumpkin, but that old pumpkin, I think, I cut it into chunks and simmered it well~ with water. It tastes better if you add sugar to the pumpkin water. ^^ lol Today, when I had my stitches removed, the doctor praised me. He said I had taken good care of it~ My mother also said it was amazing because there was no swelling, lolol if only the line settles nicely and the sausage-like swelling calms down, I think it’ll completely become my own double eyelids. For those planning double eyelid surgery, I hope yours turn out pretty. And absolutely don’t tense your eyes during surgery. lololol Everyone, become prettier.
