I had surgery on Wednesday. Since the day has passed, today is day 4.. I didn't do anything particularly special; silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and.. because I asked for the nasal tip to be made very, very, very high, they put Medpor (implant) in the columella. I had consultations with the doctor who did the surgery three times, and I showed him tons of photos, like Han Ga-in photos and photoshopped photos of myself. I said it was okay if it looked obvious or artificial, so please, please make the nasal tip very high, sharp, and pointed. But I think it failed.. I've wanted to get my nose done for so, so long that I felt like I was going crazy, but I always couldn't because of money, and I finally managed to get the money with real difficulty and had the surgery... But the nasal tip is really.. tear-worthy ㅠㅠ To ordinary people it might look like it turned out well, but it's absolutely not the height I wanted. I'm going to the hospital this morning, and I need to complain. But are there noses that just can't be made higher???? It's not like my nose length is short, and my skin isn't thin either ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I'm seriously in despair ㅠㅠ They say that even if I get revision surgery, it can only be done after 6 months. And what's important is that I really don't want to have surgery again ㅠㅠ Before surgery I was trembling so much, it hurt so, so much that day, and the feeling of being swollen now is not good either ㅠㅠ Anyway.. I'm in despair ㅠㅠ Rather than saying it failed, I really don't like it.. If it looks puffy now because it's swollen, then when the swelling goes down it'll get even lower, so it won't be much different from my original nose height ㅠㅠ Rather than a natural look, since I'm spending money on surgery anyway, I wanted it to look obviously done, much higher, and prettier. And people like me who wanted it high but ended up low ㅠㅠ What on earth was the doctor thinking when he did it like that?? I absolutely, absolutely asked him to make it high even if it looked obvious. My wish was really to have a sharp, extremely high nose like Han Ga-in. Even if they say they'll do revision surgery for free, I'm worried.. I really hate the thought of feeling that pain again ㅠㅠ
