Review after visiting clinics for a third revision eye surgery

I had my eyes done twice with the buried-suture method, and they came undone again, so I'm going around looking into it. I've been to 4 places, and almost all of them recommended incision. I wanted to avoid it as much as possible because of scarringㅠㅠ I'll write them up two clinics at a time.

1. ㅍㅇㅌ I wasn't sure it was that famous of a clinic, but it took a long time to get a consultation appointment. I could tell the clinic had been around for quite a while, but it didn't feel poorly maintained or anything like that. I've just seen so many new clinicsㅎ

I went in prepared because I had seen a lot of negative posts while reading consultation reviews from clinic visits, but the consultation really lasted almost 30 minutes, and they answered every single question while looking at my phone. It felt like the doctor had a lot of knowledge, and I like doctors who explain everything, so I liked that they explained it all.

They explained the reasons why my buried-suture double eyelids came undone twice in a way that made sense. Sunken eyes, thin skin, a habit of rubbing my eyes, and slight protruding eyesㅠㅠㅠ

The conclusion was partial incision + fat grafting (thigh)

They said natural adhesion is possible too, but they recommend partial incision more.

I'm debating because I honestly want to put off fat grafting as much as possibleㅠㅠ

2. ㅍㄹㅁㅅ I think I waited almost 3 weeks to get an appointment here too. It was interesting because there were a lot of Chinese patients. It's not even a large clinic, it's a one-doctor clinic, but they had a separate person who only handled Chinese patients. It was very clean and the interior was good. There was some waiting. Reviews say the wait is seriously long. They say the wait is intense even on the day of surgery.

The doctor seems like the type who smiles a lot. Do I look funny or somethingㅋㅋㅋ They seemed really knowledgeable about eyes, and like the previous clinic, they analyzed the causes well and explained them.

One thing I learned was that using my forehead a lot, having a habit of rubbing my eyes, thin eyelid skin, and things like that are because of my sunken eyes this time, and that's why the double eyelid is coming undone.

They said it's the root cause of why I end up using my forehead a lot.

Honestly, when I go around to clinics, some don't even mention sunken eyes, and even if they do, some say fat grafting can be done later, some say fat repositioning alone is enough. Anyway, they were all so different.

But because they explained things well, I trusted them.

The conclusion was incision + fat repositioning.

If your eyes are in similar condition to mine, I think it would be good to refer to this.

I liked both of them, and I also liked all the places I consulted at next, so I'm debating.
