It has now been one week since surgery. You may think, why are you making a fuss over just one week. It is not because I dislike the shape. My aunt came today and said, the surgery went well, your face looks smaller, you look pretty, but none of it registers with me. I feel like I am going to lose my mind. Even though my nose was low, I miss my old face so much. I have never suffered emotionally like this in my life, so it is so hard, and every day I lie in bed thinking, I wish this were a dream. I even end up having awful thoughts like, I wish I would not wake up like this. The surgery turned out exactly as I told the doctor I wanted. But still, I do not know why I am thinking like this. Even if people say I look prettier than before, I hate this face so, so much. One week felt like one year / I cannot sleep and only tears come out. I am planning to remove the implants. The nasal bridge is Gore-Sili. The nasal tip is septal cartilage. If I remove everything, can I go back to my original nose? Will the nasal tip become soft and pliable too? I cannot even wait one month. Can everything be removed within 2 weeks of surgery?? Please, think of it as saving a person, and I beg you to reply..
