This is already my 4th revision nose surgery! If it's not the nose you were born with, even if you have surgery many times.. it seems like there isn't much difference!! Still, little by little, I think it's getting better, so I'm taking some comfort in that.. This damn bulbous nose.. sigh! And the alae are so thick.. .. Maybe because I had it done together with the paranasal area.. My alae are completely like a koala's.. so I'm thinking about alar reduction.. They say doing it from the inside doesn't work.. So they say it has to be done from the outside at the clinic.. But they keep telling me to be careful because it will leave a scar.. I really want to reduce my nostrils, but I'm worried about how much scarring there will be, I'm so worried.. If you've reduced your nostrils.. please tell me how much scarring is left~~ ㅠㅠ
