About nose surgery..

It’s been 6 days since my nose surgery. Do other people see changes in the nostrils too when they get nose surgery?? The thing is, my nasal bridge was already fairly high, so I only had the tip done.. The tip does look pointed now, but maybe because my nostrils are relatively small, my nose looks really big. Of course, the swelling hasn’t all gone down yet, so that may be affecting it too, but when I look from the front, it seems like it’s mostly gone down to me?? But from the side, the nose is pointed, yet somehow it makes me think of Shrek.. I really hope there’s still a lot of swelling left..
