Originally, my nasal tip wasn’t bulbous or anything; I just had an average nasal tip, but after surgery, my nasal tip looks round and somehow like a bulbous nose. I had surgery where they tied the nasal tip and added ear cartilage. Is this swelling ㅜ or is it settling into this shape ㅜㅜ The glabella area is still bulky, but the bridge has gone down a lot.. Do the glabella and nasal tip usually take longer for swelling to go down?
