I had surgery this morning. My nose is okay, but my chin augmentation... I thought I was going to die from the pain. Right now I’m not very swollen, but the clinic told me not to use a cold compress~!!!!! They said if I put it on my nose or chin, the shape could get distorted. They said if I swell, I should only apply it around my eyes..... Is that really true????? Other people seem to use cold compresses a lot... What should I do? I don’t have much swelling right now;; The swelling will probably come up starting tomorrow or the day after, right???;; Should I use a cold compress or not? I’ll upload photos later too.
