I had revision rhinoplasty about a year ago, and they said we should decide on the nostril wings after the swelling went down, depending on how wide they were~ So after the consultation, they said not to rush into cutting and tying, and that we should just do tying, so I went and had it done yesterday~ Honestly, among the nose surgeries I’ve had, I’m the most satisfied with this~ I was always worried about my bulbous nose, and when I had revision surgery, the volume did decrease, but I was still unhappy when I smiled~ But this feels like scratching exactly the spot that was bothering me, so I really like it~ Right now it feels a bit tight, and because it’s slightly swollen, my nostrils look big, but I think this will all settle down by tomorrow or the day after, and I’m satisfied~ Those with bulbous noses, make sure to do the nostril wings well~
