And after the fat work this time, the sides of my nose and nostrils got wider, so my nose looks lower and bigger ㅠ People around me keep saying, did you get your nose done again? that my nose looks lower and biggerㅠ I'm going crazy wondering whether my nose looks like this because of swelling right now or whether it's going to stay this way.ㅠ Please tell me whether fat grafting changes the nose or whether the nose swells too because of the swelling, making the nostrils wider. ㅠ I'm losing it ㅠ please
