When revising from buried sutures to incision.. urgent question

Yesterday I had revision surgery from buried sutures to incision + ptosis correction. What effect does ptosis correction have? Does it make the eyes look bigger? I thought if I had ptosis correction, my eyes would look bigger than now.. but what is this... it looks the same as before..) I chose it because I was told my eyes would look bigger than now...... And When revising with an incision, do they usually follow the line from the buried-suture double eyelid? And if they make an incision, do the marks from the buried sutures naturally disappear? Looking at it, it seemed like they followed the exact marks from my buried-suture surgery.. (the exact same line...) Actually, when I had the buried-suture method, both sides were uneven, and especially the left line shape was unnatural and too severely thin, so I hated it... but after the incision, while the swelling settled a bit, I looked at the double-eyelid line and felt like the line had followed exactly the same line as when it was pinned with buried sutures.... (the line is the same on both sides...) If I had known they would follow the same line, I would have explained further that I didn’t like the line shape or size from the buried-suture surgery... When they marked the line, I thought the doctor would redesign it from scratch.... but it doesn’t seem like that was the case. (At that time, the line was an in-fold, but the size looked moderate? Like that kind of line...) Since the left double-eyelid line is exactly the same as the line from the buried-suture surgery, I’m so upset and afraid it will turn out like that time again.... I’m going crazy.. When the doctor said something like the buried-suture marks would disappear if I did incision, so it would be okay, I didn’t realize... whether what he meant was that he would follow that exact line.... I’ll have to ask tomorrow when I go for a condition check, but honestly, right now I feel like crying so much... Right now all I feel is that I want to cry so badly...
