To be exact, I’m thinking about a third surgery.. My original nose had a slight hump, the bridge was very high, and my nostril wings were wide. There’s no need to even talk about the first surgery, it went completely wrong...the silicone was crooked and so on.. Above all, reducing the nostril wings.... looked completely strange and became irreversible. For the second surgery, I said it didn’t have to be pretty, just lower it as much as possible and make it look natural.. So they shaved the nose a little more and placed a very thin silicone implant. They had also tied the nasal tip, but then released it again. I tried to live thinking it turned out well. But everyone I meet says my nose looks awkward. Was my nose originally that high? The ratio between the nasal tip bulb and nostril wings is strange, and so on... Ah... social withdrawal.. I’ve really suffered so much emotionally. The stress is no joke.. I don’t know much about this field, so for both surgeries I just told the doctors to do whatever they thought best (for reference, the revision was at a different clinic) But if I do it again this time, it really has to be the last one.. Actually, I’m so worried it might turn out even worse.. Please tell me what area you think should be done and how.. Actually, my nose is also slightly crooked.... My original nose was a bit big and high. Now I just want to lower it as much as possible.. It also seems too blunt and bulbous.. I really don’t know the methodㅠㅠ Especially since my forehead is also a bit flat, I think that might make it look even higher,..ㅠㅠ Anyway, please help me~!!
