If you go in for a consultation, a lot of extra things get added. The pre-op explanation and post-op explanation are both lacking. To put it bluntly, it feels like they just glance at you, put you straight on the operating table, operate, and send you home. The patient is sent home without even being able to confirm how the surgery was done.
