I had my nose done with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage, but my nose still looks upturned like a short upturned nose, and my nostrils are round too. I wanted it to be a bit slimmer and prettier, but it’s like a bulbous-nose style.. Is it because there’s still more swelling to go down? Will the shape now be similar even after the swelling goes down later?
