This isn’t a surgery review, but I’ve never had such a careless consultation before.

I looked around in a few places and found someone who had good results, so I asked around, made a consultation appointment, and went in for a consultation. The consultation time was about 5 minutes. Even though it was intentionally inconvenient, with the time and travel cost and consultation fee, they didn’t even do the photo-editing virtual surgery that you could easily get at home on a computer. And if you’ve made up your mind to get a nose job, patients usually already know the basics to some extent. We share information online with people who’ve already had surgery, and while it’s not as much as the doctors who specialize in it and will actually operate, we do know at least some things, like what materials are available and what surgical methods exist. We still have to live after we get off the operating table, so we can’t hand ourselves over without even knowing the skill of the doctor who will operate on us. But they couldn’t even tell me exactly how many millimeters they would raise it, how much ear cartilage they would remove, or whether they would cinch the nose or not, and they didn’t even show me comparison photos of common past patients. They only answered when I asked, took phone calls when they rang, and then said in an annoyed way that since someone they knew had gotten a nose job here, mine would come out like that too, almost the same. Then they told me to discuss the date and cost with the head manager. I left feeling embarrassed. The head manager was even worse. When she asked for an estimate and when I planned to do it, I said I wanted to do it a little sooner. Then she told me to set a date and leave a deposit. I hadn’t decided on the hospital yet, and I planned to have a few more consultations and then make a reservation by phone later, so I said I didn’t have a deposit. Then she said I had to pay a 10,000 won consultation fee. No photo-editing consultation, only 5 minutes of things I already knew, and she wants 10,000 won? -_- Honestly, I had already planned to do it there before the consultation, so I jokingly said that if I paid the consultation fee, I’d ask them to deduct 10,000 won from the nose surgery later. She got stern and said that wasn’t possible. After that, I completely lost all desire to do it there. I thought even paying 10,000 won for such a useless consultation was a waste, so I said I didn’t bring any money, and then she said she’d make a reservation for me, so I should set a reservation date, leave a deposit, and then go. I said I didn’t have money, and she was talking nonsense,; or else I had to pay the 10,000 won consultation fee. She forced me to choose one of the two. I really lost all goodwill there, and since I felt like I wouldn’t be able to leave the room unless I paid the 10,000 won, I paid the consultation fee and left. I said I had another consultation reservation next, so I had to go, and she told me to go to that place, hear the consultation, and then call her to tell her how much it was. And she was laughing while saying that, which was really as unfriendly as it gets, and it made me feel awful. I don’t know if they’re skilled or not, but I didn’t want to do it there, so I’m looking into other places again. It’s a plastic surgery clinic right in front of Exit 5 of Sinsa Station.ㅎ
