Kind. I only got glabella Botox, and they are good at understanding the patient's needs, especially keeping the eyebrows from dropping and just focusing on the glabella. They explain the parts I am worried about most professionally. If you go during the day, you can get the procedure without waiting even if you do not have a reservation, which was nice. But I have not tried anything other than glabella Botox.
