They were kind throughout the consultation and even after surgery with the instructions, but I was disappointed because the result didn’t come out as the shape I wanted. They said it was because my nose was so short and small, but maybe part of it was that I went there right away without consulting at several places first. Still, after the surgery they made various efforts to address the parts I wasn’t satisfied with
