I finally persuaded my mom to let me get liposuction and went in. As I remember it, the hospital was not spacious, but it was kind and had good facilities. I waited while doing something like an InBody test, then went in for the consultation. I was in high school at the time. They asked if my dream was to be an entertainer or a flight attendant or something like that, and when I said no, they told me I wasn’t that fat right now and could lose enough weight with exercise, and nicely talked me out of paying to get surgery.
