It seems like they recommend partial incision almost exclusively over full incision. I went to several hospitals, and this was the only one that recommended partial incision. The same went for epicanthoplasty, and they also recommended eye correction. They said they’d give a 200,000 won discount for cash, but the consultation felt way too rough ㅜㅠ
