I visited after getting a recommendation from someone around me while I was looking into double eyelid surgery. The consultation was comfortable. I couldn't find many reviews, so I was a bit unsure, but they said that people are often satisfied with double eyelid surgery there and end up bringing others in after recommending it to people around them. Since it was my first consultation, I honestly couldn't make an objective judgment about things like the facilities or expertise, but it seemed decent.
