It does seem like they do natural adhesion naturally and well, but there was no real aftercare, and they sutured the epicanthoplasty using an old method, so it extends all the way down below the inner corner. I got shiny stitch-mark scars, and I'm in a stressful situation wondering how to get rid of them. I recommend only natural adhesion, but I absolutely do not recommend canthoplasty.
