The director basically looks down on patients by default. I thought the nurses must have a hard time too because they’re treated harshly as well. I only went to get a nasal tip-tying procedure, but I was practically verbally beaten up by the director. Felt like they were my boss at work. I wondered what I was doing, paying my own money for this. I regret now that I didn’t skip it then and get it done somewhere else. As for the surgery, I’m living fine without any particular side effects. It barely shows; not a single person knows I had surgery
