It takes quite a long time to get a refund. I kept pushing them, asking when it would be processed, so it took a few days; otherwise, it probably would have taken more than a week. They don’t reply on the KakaoTalk channel either, and even when I called, they just kept saying they would check, check, check, only saying they would check on it. I was going to go because it was cheap, but there really is a reason. The consultation staff are seriously hopeless.
