For several years, I’d been getting maintenance by purchasing Pico laser packages of 10 sessions at a time. But every time I had a laser procedure, it seemed like the person applying the laser changed, and honestly I don’t know who was doing it. They cover your eyes before starting. Also, they recently expanded and redid the interior, but since then it feels even more chaotic, and the staff seem confused too Rather than feeling like the Pico laser made things dramatically better, it just feels like maintenance. I’d probably rate it about 3 out of 5 stars.
