I had my first nose surgery here! I wanted it to be natural and not pushed up too much even if it showed less, so I emphasized that a lot, and the director matched it well. The director prioritized balance, so it felt like they first made the shape of the tip of the nose and then built the bridge line to match it. If you say things like semi-straight, semi-semi-straight, straight-but-slightly-curved, and so on, they probably can do it accordingly, but that was the impression I got during the consultation.
