When I first went, I didn’t consult with the director and went straight into a consultation with the manager. She was fairly kind. But after paying and receiving treatments, the director performing the procedure was different every time I got laser, so I wondered what was going on, and thought maybe they rotate each day. There was one director I liked, but honestly I was lying down and only heard their voice while getting the procedure and talking, so I didn’t really know who they were. Once the procedure ended, they left right away. The director was also different each day I got the Vliv injection. I don’t know what kind of system this is.
